Wallarty is an AI-powered application that allows users to generate and visualize wall art in their own spaces. The Service may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful purposes; Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service; Upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of Wallarty and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service without permission.
6. Generated Content
You own the images you generate using Wallarty. By using the Service, you grant Wallarty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display generated content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (e.g., previews, troubleshooting, model improvement). We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
7. Availability and Quality
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific output quality. Generated results may vary.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallarty disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.
